Personal Reflection

The Most Important Thing

Crown of Thorns and the Holy BibleI can’t believe that we have now traveled through 100 blogs together!  I am so thankful that I have been able to write these; that I have a husband who is kind enough and smart enough to post these; and that you have been supportive enough to keep these blogs going.

Since this blog site is called “Pathways to Organization” most of the blogs, of course, have been on helping you with organizing all the different areas of your life.  And, that is important.

But there is something even more important than any blog I could write: for you and I to never forget to sit before the Lord and listen to what He has to say to us, to pray and then follow Him in every area of our lives.

Christ said that the greatest commandment is to love the Lord with all our heart, with all our mind and all our soul.  Loving Him means being in a relationship with Him and that means we put Him first before anything else we could do.

That means before watching TV; before going out with friends; before our exercise or sport activities; before traveling; before playing on the computer or downloading music.

In fact, the Bible says that when we put God first in our life, all these things will come to us.  God has planned our lives already and wants to give us a life full of abundance.

I pray as we continue down this blog path together, that what I write and what you receive will totally bless you heart and your life!

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well.”  Matthew 6:33
